Working Hours: Mon to Fri - 0830hrs to 1730hrs, Alternate Sat - 0830hrs to 1230hrs
Location: Yishun
Responsibilities:
• Processing of AR
• Processing Day to Day Sales Order, Sales Delivery Orders, Sales Invoices, Credit Note, Statement of Accounts
• Preparation of shipping documents for export and import
• Handle shipments & delivery (in-coming & out-going)
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Assist in AP, GL, month-end and year-end closing
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
• LCCI/ Diploma in Accountancy
• Min. 0-2 years of relevant accounting experiences
