JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition and retention, organizational development, training, employee relations as well as benefits & compensation.
- Develop, implement, review and update HR policies.
- Oversee monthly payroll and ensure compliance with all local legislation
- Anticipate and recommend HR strategies to the top management in planning for human resource needs to support the business. Align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Work closely and support the Line in developing annual staff headcount and staff cost budget, generate the necessary information for decision making.
- Track Actual vs Budgeted numbers for headcounts and total manpower costs. Ensure both are managed within budget.
- Manage staff retirement and re-employment. Ensure staff and managers understand the process and executive procedures within Company guidelines.
- Diagnose HR needs of internal customers and provide advice on best practices.
- Build relationship with the Line at all levels and provide consistent and prompt HR services.
- Partner with business leaders to support training needs analysis and skills audit to support talent management
- Ensure initiatives or exercises like annual performance review, talent review are communicated within appropriate timeframe and to a desired level of service.
- Managing Corporate communications, internal communications, CSR activities and implementing appropriate social media strategies for employer branding purpose.
Requirement
- Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of employment ordinances, legal, and taxation requirements in Singapore
- High resilience and is able to manage complexities and ambiguities.
- Result-oriented, attention to details and is process-driven.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Strong in communication skills.
- Strategic, proactive, resourceful and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to be hands-on, resourceful and creative in problem/situational solving.
