Contract duration: 12 months

Working hours: Mon - Thu (830am - 6pm) Fri (830am - 530pm)
Salary: up to $2700 + Completion Bonus
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing of entry approval housing verifications.
- Conduct verifications of documents including tenancy contracts.
- Attend to public enquiries via phone or email on processing related issues on entry approval for housing verification process
- Independently see through ad-hoc assignments which may include compilation of data sets or data reporting
- Conduct preliminary assessment for applications with unique circumstances and propose appropriate course of actions
Requirements
- Min. diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Outlook
- Proficient in VLOOKUP & Pivot
- Good writing and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Able to independently propose appropriate course of action in processing cases with unique circumstances
