Survey Experience Officer (Household)
- Salary: $3,000 allowance
- Working hours: 44 hours per week (5 days work week from Monday-Sunday)
- Work location: Nearest station - Clarke Quay/Chinatown/Novena
Job Description:
- Complete survey via phone and field visit
- Schedule interview appointments with respondents
- Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
- Data entry for completed surveys
- Status update report to supervisor
- Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties
