RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote the company by providing efficient service to customers through polite and helpful handling of enquiries.
- Attend to all enquiries and requests from phone calls in a professional manner in line with the Company's guidelines and service standards.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up with customers on their enquiries and requests.
- Manage customers' complaints and feedback with a good closure.
- Create and/or maintain proper customer's information, call, email, and policy retention records in line with the Company's operation guidelines.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators targets for the individual and assist in the achievement of the overall team targets as prescribed by the Company.
- Ensure confidentiality of data in the manner and to the extent required by the Company.
- Ensure business handled is within scope of authority granted, and in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines, control procedures and service standards.
- Assist in monitoring outstanding premiums and implement the company's credit control policy.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role.
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum GCE O Level
OTHER INFORMATION- Proficient in customer servicing and possesses strong drive for service excellence
- Good communication and writing skills
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Comfortable attending to customers via phone
- Ability to multi-tasks and meet timelines
- Able to adapt changes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant insurance qualifications / certifications is an added advantage
