Udders is on a mission to be the most kickass ice cream brand in the Milky Way. From a tiny shop in 2007, our founders David and Peck Lin started Udders on a whim and a dream. The mission was to create Asian flavours for Asians, and Alcoholic flavours for…. well, Alcoholics (!) And to do it all with a big dose of sassy humour. And so the adventure began. We are now Singapore’s largest homegrown creamery and growing quickly, with 16 outlets across Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines, distribution in 7 countries in Southeast Asia and Europe and on 6 airlines. How you will contribute
- A key role in executing our sales and business development efforts in modern trade (supermarkets), e-commerce, and wholesale (restaurants and cafes).
- Work closely with our Business Development Director and distributor to drive and execute initiatives for the company’s modern trade channels including Fairprice, Cold Storage and Cheers.
- Track performance across our e-commerce channels (food delivery platforms, cloud kitchens, and e-grocers) and implement platform marketing solutions to boost sales.
- Manage existing client accounts and handle incoming sales enquiries.
- Ensure sales targets (for B2C and B2B) are met through planning, forecasting, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Contribute to strategic business development efforts to support and drive the overall growth of the company.
- You will be reporting to the Business Development Director and mentored by our co-founder and CEO.
What will help you succeed
- 1 or 2 years of sales and business development experience at least. Relevant experience in FMCG / food manufacturing will be advantageous, but a practical entrepreneurial mindset would more than make up for this.
- Some comfort / confidence with data analysis (you will need to track and distill sales data).
- You're a self-starter that is outcome driven - you like coming up with solutions that will drive the business's objectives.
