Job Scope:
- Provide counselling to patients on the use of Medisave accounts
- Explain chronic care management packages available to the patients
- Apply governmental financial assistance schemes to assist patients in need
- Assist to prepare social reports to facilitate patients’ financial applications
- Conduct peer’s audit check on Medicare Assistance
- Perform reconciliation of Medical Application Form to Medisave sign-up cases
- Provide assistance to the Medical Social Workers in social service case management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Higher Nitec / Diploma from a recognized institution
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
