about the job:
Joining as a DevOps Engineer within the Product Engineering team, you will spearhead the transformation of our delivery and deployment processes into a seamless CI/CD model. You will:
- Define, develop, and validate the complete CI/CD pipeline using GitLab.
- Craft a reusable pipeline script adaptable for various projects.
- Implement an automated DevSecOps workflow.
- Propose deployment strategies aligning with corporate security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and drive progress.
- Establish CI/CD Monitoring/Alert and Report mechanisms.
- Upgrade software installers to silent installation mode.
- Create user guides and enforce DevSecOps best practices.
- Define Infrastructure as Code using Ansible/Terraform.
skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in CICD tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps methodology.
- High emphasis on clean code and binary archive practices.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Powershell, Shell, Groovy, and Ansible.
- Familiarity with code scanning tools like Sonar, Nexus, Blackduck, and Fortify.
- Proficient in both Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience in programming (C#), building tools (Maven, MSDeploy), and CI debugging.
- Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture and orchestration with Kubernetes/Docker.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous.
