Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Assist in processing of entry approval housing verifications.
• Conduct verifications of documents including tenancy contracts.
• Attend to public enquiries via phone or email on processing related issues on entry approval for housing verification process
• Independently see through ad-hoc assignments which may include compilation of data sets or data reporting
• Conduct preliminary assessment for applications with unique circumstances and propose appropriate course of actions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Outlook
• Good writing and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Able to independently propose appropriate course of action in processing cases with unique circumstances
