Job Description:
- Provide administrative support on client/account maintenance, strictly adhering to internal policies, guidelines and turnaround time
- Work collaboratively and closely with internal departments to facilitate client/account data processing and monitoring
- Provide general control management such as audit confirmation, dormant account management, returned mails etc.
- Handle physical documentation review, including storage, record keeping and archival
- Participate in meetings, projects, system upgrades, UAT, SOPs review, streamlining, drills
- Provide guidance and functional knowledge to more junior staff
- Provide cover support to team members in his/her absence
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of prior experience on client/account static data maintenance with general control acumen
- Good command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Ability to read and speak Chinese
- Able to multi-task across functions and an excellent team player
- Relevant experience with banking systems such as Flexcube, Avaloq
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor/Head of Operations
