- Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender
- Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements
- Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation
- Preparation of technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents
- Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.
- Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposal and negotiation.
- Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission
Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Chemicals, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or instrumentation
· Knowledge in Microsoft office, Project, power point is compulsory.
· Chemical or Engineering background prefer.
· Good Problem-Solving skill and Well-Organized personality
· Good in time management Skills
