- To ensure quality and quantity of items ordered and ensure proper storage and recordings, ensure accurate deployment of clients' orders daily.
- Wash, cut and prepare foods designated for cooking, and verify that the prepared food meets the required quality and quantity.
- Adhere strictly to all established standard operating procedures.
- Compliance with the recipe book.
- Organizes, prepares, and sets up.
- Prepare daily food production in different sections of the main kitchen.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
- Perform all other ad-hoc as assigned by management and supervisors.
Requirements :
- At least in F&B or equivalent.
- Must be flexible and able to work during peak times including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to minimize the wastage of foods and beverages used in the kitchen.
