Senior R&D EE Engineer
Work Location: 535 Yishun Industrial Park A [Canberra MRT] / Have company transport
Salary: $4000 - $6000
Working Days: 5 Days // 8am/8.30am - 5.30pm/6pm
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in circuit design, analogy and digital electronics, power electronics, and electrical wiring.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using relevant design and simulation tools (e.g., PADS, ePLAN, Hyperlynx, ActiveHDL, SPICE).
Job scope
- Lead the design, analysis, and development of less complex systems, components, or products.
- Utilize your knowledge to drive innovative solutions that meet cost, performance, and reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product management, Project Management, Service, NPI and operations, to align engineering efforts with broader company objectives.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute EE test plan and to validate designs and ensure product performance.
- Analyse test results, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on designs to achieve desired performance metrics.
- Review requirements specification and create / review necessary customer documentations.
- Ensure proper documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Ensure all electrical / electronic activities, designs, and projects adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Aware of necessary safety protocols and practices within the electrical team.
- Provide necessary training on the guidelines to junior members and enforce members to follow the guidelines strictly.
