- Handling of all ship operations including resolving operational issues with relevant parties;
- To assist the chartering and operation managers as required;
- Coordinating with PNI club on settlement of outstanding disputes for various voyages;
- Coordinating with accounts and operations departments on payments, BL collection, and following up of outstanding accounts with relevant parties;
- Handling of voyage accounts for the ships including laytime calculation and settlement of final voyage costs with ship owner and voyage charterer;
- Coordinating with bunker supplier on bunkering of tugs;
- Updating of data in shipment software and Google Sheets;
- To control voyage expenses, optimize voyage turn around time and maximizing profitability for the respective voyages;
- Site survey and attendance;
- Any other duties as assigned by the company or department;

Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Certificate / NITEC, ITE, Diploma or relevant drafting experience; Minimum Diploma qualification in Maritime Studies/ Logistics & Supply Chain/ related field of studies
- Minimum 2 year working experience is preferred
