Job Scope
- Support operations in Coverage Project activities, including research work, data entry, coordination, and documentation.
- Assist with preparation of reports and performance tracking of the Coverage Project.
- Manage and ensure successful E2E merchant on-boarding process including checking acceptance (as a mystery shopper), POP placement, terminal checking and testing, training the operation’s staff on terminal usage.
- Perform a variety of marketing and administrative functions to support the team
- Assist to support the team on the merchant onboarding process.
- High proficient usage knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Reports to Senior Manager, Head of Small Merchants Acquisition
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma of any equivalent field.
- Proficient in MS Excel (MS Excel Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot table function etc)
- Keen eye for details and accuracy
- Able to adapt well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time management, excellent presentation skills and project management/facilitation history.
- Team player who has exceptional presentation skills, time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet allocated deadlines
