We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Mechanical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. He/She will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing out engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.



Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  2. Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors, to ensure effective project execution. Maintain open communication channels and manage expectations.
  3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial goals are met. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and client requirements. Conduct regular inspections and testing as needed.
  6. Technical Oversight: Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to resolve complex issues and ensure project success.
  7. Reporting: Generate regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges effectively.
  8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including design documents, drawings, and change orders. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  9. Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  2. Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar project management role.
  3. Experience in Cleanroom
  4. Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  8. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
