Technical Skills:
- Must have overall 10+ years IT experience.
- Experience in implementing Data Warehousing projects in Finance, Credit Risk & Compliance domains
- Must have working experience in Data Warehousing Expertise: experience of implementing large data warehouses based on Hadoop, Teradata, SAS, Oracle including data modelling, using ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS & visualization Tools such as Qlik, Microsoft Power BI
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Working experience in banking or financial domain is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges related to metadata quality, data lineage accuracy, and overall data governance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of projects for Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Finance, Credit Risk, Compliance data marts in Data Analytics department. This role requires a mix of domain, data warehousing and project management skills:
- Project Management & Execution:Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into actionable project plans.
- Technical Solution Delivery:Coordinate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement:Act as point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as necessary to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
