Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
The Responsibilities of Shipping Clerk:
- Arrange transportation for subcontracted components and internal transfers
- Coordinate in local deliveries & shipment collections
- Assist in the item packing plans and considering special shipping requirements from sales administration
- Assist with warehouse team to ensure shipping items are loaded out correctly
- Handle imports and exports shipments
- Thoroughly prepare and verify all necessary documentation prior to scheduled shipments
- Complete post-shipment documentation such as delivery orders and shipping records
- Engage with customers to make appropriate shipping arrangements
Requirements:
- Min O-level or equivalent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience
