This position is for Pasir Ris Mall, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
- Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities
- Support Marcom in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
- Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job requirements
- Min GCE N Level qualification
- Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
- Fluent in English
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in fast paced environment and has passion for service excellence
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
- 5 day work week, 2 shifts (Shift 1: 9.30am to 7pm. Shift 2: 11.30am to 9pm)
