Sales Coordinator
- Location: Redhill
- Working Days: Mon – Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm (WFH)
- Salary: $2600 - $3000
Requirements:
- With relevant working experience
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Preferably with knowledge of SAP
Responsibilities:
- Handle all in-bound enquiries sent through emails, faxes or calls.
- Prepare quotations and advise on lead time for deliveries.
- Be familiar with different product ranges that company is offering.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders regarding order confirmations and delivery/logistics details.
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing customers.
- Differentiate cost mark-ups used for different categories of customers.
- Ensure customers’ orders/requirements are processed efficiently.
- Provide necessary support to individual division.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
