To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an IT Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 technical support and helpdesk service to staff/end users on PC’s hardware, software and application and other IT related requests
- Responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of functional areas in system
- Design and plan for system process flow and database structure
- Create, update and maintain IT documentations as and when required
- Work with external vendors (including but not limited to consultants, equipment suppliers, and service providers) to deliver services and projects
- Collaborate with internal user to identify user requirements, assess available technologies and recommend solution
- Research and identify appropriate tools, resources and interventions to support process changes
- Responsible for any other IT duties that may be assigned
Requirements :
- Minimum a Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 1 years of relevant experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Knowledge and hands on experience in the following will be required:
- Microsoft SQL Server
- SQL and/or RDBMS Scripting
- HTML/PHP/Laravel
- Knowledge or basic understanding in the following will be an advantage:
- Power BI and/or Reporting Services
- CRM
- SAP
- PDPA
- Linux
- Able to prioritize and manage tasks with minimal supervision
