Social Media & Communications Executive | Redhill
Location: Redhill / Queenstown (Tanglin International Centre)
Salary: $2800 - $3800 (depends on exp)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 830am-530pm

Job Descriptions:
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Work with team members in Singapore and overseas to create appealing content that draws in child sponsors, donations and volunteers.
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Youtube and Instagram.
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic/video content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, social media messages or reports to donors.
- Uploading donations via GIRO, downloading of donors’s information via different payment portals like Stripe.
- Update website’s content and structure with Wordpress (new articles/photos)
- Create Landing pages for fund raising campaigns.
- Analyse Facebook and Google Ads for effectiveness in raising donations and awareness.
- Use of Excel as a database and using pivot tables and other formulas to extract information.
- Email marketing software like Sendblaster to send out monthly emails.
- Travel overseas (Cambodia / Nepal) to understand the work and to do photo and video shoots perhaps once in 3 months for a week.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Site Updates, creation of Landing Pages.
- Preferably specializing in Digital Marketing and Experience with Major Social Media Platforms.
