Roles and Responsibility included:
· Assist Project Manager to execute the project works according to project schedule, cost,quality and and safety requirement.
· Liaison with main and sub-contractors, client and suppliers.
· Preparation of work method statement
· Attend site meeting and resolve site coordination matters
· Submit site report, progress report and testing & commissioning report
· Assist and support BIM modeler to prepare shop drawing and as built drawings
· Monitor, coordinate and reporting of work progress to project manager.
· Follow up on material ordering with purchaser and coordinate delivery with supplier
· Assist and coordinate necessary site inspections and safety matters.
· Attend to testing and commissioning activities as required
· Any other duties or work assigned by Project Manager
Requirement:
- Able to read/comprehend mechancial piping and HVAC
- Able to use AutoCAD software for reading and studying of technical drawings
- Good communication skills and problem solving skills
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
- Experiences in Mechanical system, piping and HVAC system will be added advantage
- Must be self-initiative, pro-active, responsible, able to work as a team player as well as working independently
- Proficient in MS office (word,excel,power point)
