Job Description


  1. Pricing Structure Development: Build and implement comprehensive pricing structures and strategies for healthcare products from the ground up, considering market trends, internal costing, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting: Assess data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends. Perform in-depth data analysis to understand dynamics of product with existing customers and opportunities for price maximization. Generate detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership to track and measure price change impacts on the business.
  3. Collaboration with Various Departments: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure that pricing strategies align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Communicate well with each department to understand market demands as well as product delivery quality. Develop revenue growth capability training plans to support implementation of strategic plans.
  4. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer segmentation, market dynamics, and value perception.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all pricing strategies comply with the healthcare industry's regulatory standards.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine pricing models and strategies to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. Stay informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends. Recommend pricing adjustments based on ongoing data analysis, market conditions, and client feedback.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related field.
  • Expertise in developing pricing strategies and structures from scratch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Experience in and understanding of the healthcare market and business drivers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
