QC Inspector Responsibilities:
Responsible to inspect incoming raw material, semi-finished or finished products to ensure that they conform to specifications lay down by the company. Duties may include:
Incoming raw materials quality controls Checking includes thickness, moisture & smoothness, etc
Laminating products quality controls
Performing dimensional, functional or other tests using specified measuring and test equipment
Recording results on specified data sheets & control charts
Isolating and identifying defective products & reporting and highlighting variances/defects to QA Executive and Production Manager
Perform checking and controlling in various areas to ensure internal and external audit compliance
Manage and maintain proper filling records
Handles and prepare all quality control related matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
