Seeking a proactive and passionate individual who is willing to grow with the team and play an important role in not only maintaining existing customer base, but also acquire new businesses for the company. He/she should have relevant experience in the interior design and fit-out industry.
- Client management (new / existing)
- Prospecting potential / new clients
- Identify, plan and execute marketing programs to increase brand identity
- Partake in sales, advertisements, promotions, research and development, distribution etc
- Work closely with Production Team, Interior Designers and vendors etc on operation matters to ensure clients’ expectations are met
- Attend to client’s enquires and feedback, as well as share valuable market insights with the team
- Other related duties as assigned
Skillsets and Requirements:
- Diploma Business / Interior Design or equivalent
- Relevant experience in business development in the interior design industry
- Experience in retail/commercial renovation and fit out highly preferred
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good market research skills with good industrial knowledge in the interior design industry
- A motivated, energetic and driven individual who is result oriented and determined to achieve KPIs
