Job Summary
Salary: Basic up to $5000 + Performance Bonus + Transport Provided (Dual Ways)
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:30pm
Location: Penjuru Lane
Responsibilities:
- Oversee finance management and accounting functions.
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements and reporting packages.
- Manage budgeting, costing, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Handle internal and external audits, taxation, GST submissions, and finance-related statutory declarations.
- Review and ensure compliance with all accounting entries.
- Lead team in operational and financial matters.
- Assist in policy and procedure implementation.
- Provide support in various finance-related tasks and projects.
- Coordinate with departments and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to costing accounting preferred.
- Leadership experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, with good time management and attention to detail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
