Salary: Basic up to $3500 + Commission + Company Phone + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Contribute to team revenue through lead generation, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing post-sales support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely sales proposals and quotations for customers.
- Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Trade Shows and Events: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations to promote products and services.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining sales records, preparing documentation, and managing calendars and appointments.
Requirements:
- Acceptable qualifications: Diploma or relevant certifications.
- Experience: Previous experience in marine or similar industries is beneficial.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of marine industry, products, services, market trends, and customer needs is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer issues and sales challenges.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
