Job Description
- Responsible for general office administrative duties & support on invoicing, delivery order & deliveries
- Co-ordinate with HQ and customers on delivery schedule
- Assist in inventory management and logistic support
- Generate monthly, weekly & sales reports
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
- Preferably Executive specialized in Administrative/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of related working experience, with good interpersonal skills
- Required Skill(s): Administrative, Microsoft Office, Logistics, Inventory management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (eg vlookup, pivot table etc)
- Demonstrate the ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently
- Proficiency in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is preferred as the incumbent requires to liaise with China counterparts
