Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

  • Attend to all incoming calls and direct calls to respective parties
  • Sorting, recording & distributing all incoming and outgoing mails
  • Answering enquiries from cutomers as and when required
  • Attend to walk-in customers or guests
  • Processing customers' monthly statement for faxing, mailing and collecting by hand
  • Checking, ordering and maintaining office and pantry supplies
  • Keeping records of employees' leave status
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying of documents and filing
  • Assist in payment function and monthly reporting
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Min GCE O level certificate or relevant office skills certificate or its equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible and good team player
  • MS office proficient
  • Relevant receptionist experience will be of advantage
