Job Description
- Attend to all incoming calls and direct calls to respective parties
- Sorting, recording & distributing all incoming and outgoing mails
- Answering enquiries from cutomers as and when required
- Attend to walk-in customers or guests
- Processing customers' monthly statement for faxing, mailing and collecting by hand
- Checking, ordering and maintaining office and pantry supplies
- Keeping records of employees' leave status
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying of documents and filing
- Assist in payment function and monthly reporting
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min GCE O level certificate or relevant office skills certificate or its equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and good team player
- MS office proficient
- Relevant receptionist experience will be of advantage
