Job Title: Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Developer (1-Year Contract - 12 Days Annual Leave)
Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Developer, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the development, configuration, and testing of new enhancements and existing issues within business as usual (BAU) operations. This entails managing both online (MQ & IIB) and batch (SSH/SFTP, MFT & Host-2-Host) integration for interconnecting interfaces across various subsystems. Your tasks include developing and maintaining XML and JSON schemas, configuring and testing message flows, endpoint binding, security configurations, unit and integration testing, documentation, and supporting promotion requests and BAU activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain XML and JSON schemas for IAA and Sub-systems.
- Configure and test Request and Response Online Message Flows & Batch File Flows.
- Manage Endpoint Binding Configuration and Routing Configuration for both Online & Batch Flows.
- Implement Security (SSL/TLS) for Online & Batch endpoint sub-systems.
- Conduct Unit Testing and Integration Testing for Online & Batch configurations.
- Document all modifications and updates.
- Initiate and Follow-up on SDP and Dimension Promotion Requests.
- Provide support for End-to-End Configuration and Testing.
- Assist in Quarterly DCSS and Yearly Stabilization exercises.
- Handle various BAU activities including issue resolution, email alerts evaluation, code merging, and patch management.
- Assist in hardware and software upgrades, SSL certificate renewals, security patch upgrades, and other support for upgrades.
- Stay abreast of industry trends regarding regulatory compliance and emerging technologies to effectively mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and IBM Connect:Direct.
- Experience with Axway MFT suite (Transfer CFT, Central Governance, Sentinel, Secure Transport & Edge), Tectia SSH, Jcraft SSH, Shell Scripts for Unix, AS400, and WinTel platforms.
- Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL & SQL, JMS, XML/XSD, JSON/REST, MangoDB, MySQL DB.
- Strong Shell scripting skills for Unix, Windows, AS400 OS.
- Knowledge of PGP, SLIFT, AES Encryption, and related IT-Security skills.
- High integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and adaptable to change.
