Assistant Marketing & Events Executive
You will play a vital role in the positioning & marketing of the Club.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop positioning strategies and plan/organise activities to enhance flagship
- Establish good relationship/rapport with members and tenants
- To organise/market the club’s projects and events
- Assist in generate concept for projects and events. Ensure competitiveness of activities organised for members by keeping abreast of market trends and research on new ideas/trends
- Formulate and implement business development and sponsorship strategies to attain financial viability for projects and events
- Assisting in developing, writing content and management of social media accounts
- Implement effective communications to promote Club’s activities and facilities to members. Ensure effectiveness and quality of publicity effort
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing / Communications / Business / Sports & Wellness
- At least 3 years’ experience in events management and marketing
- Preferably with experience in social media and web content management systems, Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Team player and ability to multi-task well under pressure
- Independent and self-motivated with good interpersonal and social skill
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
