On Site Alignment is specialized in alignment and installation of all critical rotating equipment onboard ships. Besides this, we also do vibration measurement and analysis, stern tube repairs, on site machining and dimensional surveys. Our engineers are highly skilled and believe in ‘making things happen’.
We are looking for a Marine Service Engineer for our marine service company based in Singapore.
As a Marine Service Engineer, you
- Troubleshoot, align and install all kind of rotating equipment
- Do vibration data collection and analysis
- Calculate FEM Modellling of shaft line
- Perform dimensional surveys onboard vessels
- Get your hands dirty while working in the engine room
- Liase with customers on site
- Work in Singapore as well as the SEA region
- Follow up with service reports to our customers
To fit this role, you
- Have a mechanical background with hands on experience of working onboard vessels
- Have knowledge of alignment and related measurements
- Knowledge or experience with measurement tools or vibration measurement is an advantage
