Rule and Responsibilities:
- Handle on-boarding and off-boarding processes;
- Maintain and update staff records;
- Assist HR Manager on preparation of the organization annual training plan;
- Assist in foreign staff work pass management and polices in compliance with the MOM regulations;
- Track Training and Certificates
- Perform other general administrative / HR duties assigned by supervisor.
