Job Purpose

Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
- Build a strong relationship with customer.
- Communicate and follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
- Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly.
- Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department processes.
- Ensure all emails are to be respond on time.
- Coordination with internal operation team to ensure all information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations.
- Comply with company rules and regulation.
- Do reports that required from Superior (will advise and guide)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Able to speak and write fluent English and Mandarin
- At least 1 year experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
- Preferably with some shipping procedures knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Able to commit on Saturday.
- Might required to work or answer calls even after work (as operation still ongoing)
- Able to work independently in a busy and fast paced environment
