(a) Manage and ensure the successful implementation of SAP projects.
(b) Coordinate, liaise with the contractors, users, other Project/Technical Managers, different authorities and stakeholders for the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and training of the systems.
(c) Assist users in preparing the Specific Operational Requirements (SOR), budget paper and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
(d) Manage stakeholders to ensure that the project is implemented according to scope, budget and schedule.
(e) Prepare project plan, tender specifications, and evaluation report where necessary.
(f) Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned
