Content management personnel for Content & Video team
Job Scope:
- Assist in setting up recording schedules and calendar invitations
- Tracking of content from Speakers (in PPT) and ensuring that it syncs with the speaker's presentation during the recording
- Maintaining an up-to-date internal tracker for sessions inclusive of detailed information, submissions and deadlines
- Partake in cross-department sync-up and alignment for sponsor sessions
- Uploading and configuring assets onto the event platform
- Assist with any ad-hoc admin/logistical tasks

- Work well as a team
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to work well under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
