Responsibilities:
- Front-line customer service role
- Assist in checking in at counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
- Ensuring the smooth departure process
- Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit to shift hours
- Presentable and well groomed
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
