Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties, data entry and conflict searches for new clients/matters
- Analysing conflict search reports, maintaining compliance documentation, and updating information
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma or GCE ‘A’ levels
- At least 1 year’s work experience in a law firm or an in-house legal department is preferred
- Experience in litigation work is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
