Job Key Responsibilities：
· Managing the day to day Operations of the designated outlet assigned.
· Lead / Manage a team of Consultants and Therapists.
· Motivate and coach staff for better performance
· Maintain and update Customer database.
· Drive Sales into the outlet through Marketing Support.
· Promote treatments and packages to Customers.
· Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue
· Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target and productivity
· Achieve Personal Sales Target
· Evaluate progress against Sales Target, identify and implement the solutions
· Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
· Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
Additional:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve profitable revenue growth for the company.
- Direct the sales organization, ensure effective implementation of sales processes, and oversee the planning and execution of the sales budgets.
- Guide and support the sales team on opportunity pursuit strategies and appropriate go to market arrangements to win more business.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers, consultants and key partners.
Requirements:
· Personal monthly sales achievement
· Possess Results Driven Attitude
· Diploma in Business Administration / Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent certification.
· At least 10 years relevant working experience, prefer managerial staff specialize in Retail Sales or Service Industry experience.
· Results and service oriented.
· Motivated, Sales driven and dynamic individuals.
· Strong leadership management and interpersonal skills.
· Good communication skills and Positive attitude.
. Able to speak and write English, Chinese and spoken different dialects.
· Willing to work retail hours.
