Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to handle import/export shipments = Air/Sea freight
- Customs Permit declaration / TradeWeb
- Well-versed with documentation for import/export operations.
- Coordinate with Overseas agents/nomination shipments
- Ensure the shipments are properly handled.
- Liaise with coordinate with carriers/freight forwarders/vendors for inbound.
- Source the competitive rates from co-loaders/shipping agents
- Experience in ship Spares/Marine Logistics is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level and diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent field of study
- 2-5 years experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in Customs Permit / Trade Net
- Required Skill(s): Ability to do Customs Permit / Trade Net
- Working Experience with overseas agents/nomination shipments
- Familiar with DG Shipment handling
- Familiar with all sorts of shipping modes/terms
- Team Player
