SUSTAINABILITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

Altus Facilities Engineering Pte. Ltd.

  • Oversee the management of all projects from conception to completion.
  • Liaise with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and relevant Authorities.
  • Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.
  • Monitor the timeline of all submissions to authorities and obtain the necessary approvals/permits/certificates.
  • Monitor the progress of the construction activities and hold regular status meetings.
  • Coordinate the efforts of all parties in meeting the project schedule and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget and quality standards.
  • Regular inspection of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality and site safety.
  • Provide expert guidance for creative and innovative design solutions. Ensure maintainability and flexibility for operation.
  • Implement organizational environmental sustainability and green building standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices for both the construction and maintenance phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost, and quality. Provide alternative and value engineering solutions.
  • Manage engineering maintenance activities to achieve improvement in equipment productivity, reliability and standards
  • Perform root-cause analysis, diagnosing faults and supervising time-critical equipment maintenance
  • Inventory management
  • Provide technical support to the Facilities & Leasing Team as and when assigned by the company both locally and overseas.

REQUIRMENTS:


  • Recognized Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience with a substantial and proven track record in the development and/or management of commercial large-scale projects
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, self-motivated, confident, and able to work effectively with management and external parties.
  • High achiever, results-oriented & a good team leader
