Job Title: HR cum Admin (ID1495)
Location: Redhill
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 7pm
Salary: $2600 - $2900
Job Responsibilities:
• Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
• Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
• Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
• Maintain and update employee training records.
• Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
• Maintain the contact point with the employees from different sites
• Backup for all other HR/admin support function
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in any field
• At least 1 year experience in HR
• Able to adapt in a fast pace & challenging environment
• Able to work independently and in a team
