Job Responsibilities:
- Business development involves investigating opportunities in both domestic and foreign markets and developing business plans for the client's product line.
- Accountable for optimising a high level of profit margin and meeting the set ales target.
- Make a monthly or yearly sales plan, a sales forecast, and sales pitches for your customers.
- Ensuring the department keeps up its tight adherence to the ISO management system.
- Expansion of the business and its sales teams via the sharing of specific expertise and abilities through required mentoring and training.
- Growth of the company and its sales teams through the exchange of specialised knowledge and skills through necessary coaching and training.
- Make sales calls and develop new customers by employing strategies to increase market shares in the industries of petrochemical, marine, offshore, power generation, oil and gas, and industry.
- To achieve business goals and sales performance targets, develop and implement all strategic sales programmes.
- Establish connections with engine and machinery suppliers, principals, and OEM manufacturers.
- Keep abreast on industry news and trends, rival products and services, relevant information about emerging, established, and legacy technologies, and the most recent product line improvements.
- Respect the company's environmental, health, and safety rules and give top priority to one's own and one's co workers' health and safety.
- Any additional duties that are delegated by management or a higher.
Requirements:
- At least Degree/ Diploma in Engineering or Business.
- At least 5 years working experience in dealing with Spare Parts pertaining to Engine for Marine, Offshore or Oil & Gas Industry
