Responsibilities:
- Performing onsite hardware replacement including,
- Laptop/Desktop/All-in-one motherboard replacement
- Laptop/All-in-one LCD replacement
- HDD/SSD replacement, including reloading Windows-based operating system and drivers
- System Chassis replacement Eg. Palmrest, LCD cover, Keyboard, Touchscreen assembly
- Identify and troubleshoot PC fault symptoms like No post, No Power, No Boot, No Display, and other intermittent issues
- Provide technical support to the end users
- Ad-hoc as per assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in any discipline
- Good time management
- Good English verbal communication skills
- Process-orientated
- Preferably HPE Certified, Dell Certified or Lenovo-Certif
- Travelling required - Willing to commute to several customer sites in a day
