Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Be responsible for Operations of our ServiceNow Platforms, accordingly to our global operation rules / processes: This includes: Incident management, Platform Upgrades, Release Mgmt, Health checks, Security Checks,
- Ensure proper Platform Administration and admin requests OLA fulfillment.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and errors within the ServiceNow platform.
- Weekly report to our Global Operation Group leader.
- Contribution to SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) activities:
- Contribute within the Global Operation team to SRE activities, aiming at improving operations effectiveness, and improvement of monitoring, automation of operations and admin tasks,
- Contribute to Definition and Documentation of processes or how-To as knowledge base articles.
Project involvement
- Actively participate in ServiceNow implementation and integration projects.
- Contribute to the testing and quality assurance processing during project rollouts.
Training
- Conduct regular training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Maintaining knowledge base articles for end users.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Good experience in OPS & ITSM
- Preferably certified in ITSM
