Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities and supervise team members.
- Lead a diverse team of 80 drivers, representing various nationalities.
- Expand the team to 150 drivers in alignment with the company's growth plans.
- Provide mentorship to Assistant Operations Managers and supervise three shift foremen.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to address operational issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Work with Human Resources to recruit, train, and retain skilled drivers and operational staff.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgetary responsibilities, including expense control and financial planning.
