Summary:
Salary: Basic up to $4000 + AWS + VB

Working Day & Time: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Location: Near Aljunied MRT
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing systems and components to meet functional and technical requirements.
- Implement integration plans, configuring and assembling components including software installation, hardware setup, and network configuration.
- Conduct various tests (unit, integration, system, acceptance) to ensure system functionality.
- Identify and resolve system integration issues, including hardware compatibility and network connectivity problems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including design specifications and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with vendors, senior engineers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure proper integration and functionality.
- Ensure system components and integration processes meet industry standards, regulations, and best practices through vendor collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: Higher Nitec/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant field and role.
- Proficient in network topology and protocols.
- Familiarity with Windows AD, Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Knowledge in Cloud Computing and virtual computing is a plus.
- Microsoft/Microsoft 365 certification or equivalent advantageous.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Customer-centric, effective communicator, and team player.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility.
