Senior Consultant in HTA / HEOR
Location: Singapore

The HTA / HEOR Senior Consultant (SC) will play a key role in managing and contributing to local, regional and global projects that will enhance understanding of healthcare policy, HTA and market access landscape, with a focus on – however not limited to – managing and delivering HTA and HEOR projects.
Reporting to the Health Economics & HTA Regional Lead, the SC will be responsible for leading and coaching junior team members in the design, development and delivery of HTA / HEOR projects or components of larger, complex projects as required. There will also be an opportunity for involvement in projects beyond HTA and HEOR.
The SC will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development activities via proposal development, new business identification and offering development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the development and delivery of consulting projects, including:
- Independently designing and conducting high quality primary and/or secondary research for clients with input and review by colleagues.
- Leading the development of health economic models (cost-effectiveness and budget impact), including model conceptualisation, technical execution, and quality review, as required
- Leading the development of value dossiers, reimbursement submission dossiers (for ACE and other Asia Pacific HTA agencies), and communications material for clients
- Leading meetings with clients and with internal teams
- Performing qualitative and/or quantitative analyses with appropriate quality control
- Developing, reviewing and delivering client reports and presentations
- Contribute to business growth by:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships including project completion follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Supporting/leading new business opportunities through identification of follow-on work and new leads
- Developing proposals for new business opportunities, including design and development of client solutions and leading client pitches
- Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future client engagements and playing an active role in building Vista Health’s presence and reputation in HTA/HEOR across Asia Pacific
- Cultivating external relationships, with regional clients, liaison with key stakeholder groups e.g. policy makers, providers, industry/academic groups
- May have direct coaching responsibility, including:
- Coaching & performance management for junior team members
- Planning, organizing & managing resources needs
Skills and qualifications:
- MSc (or higher) in Health Economics, HTA, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science or related areas
- Proven healthcare experience in either a consulting or industry role in health economics, health technology assessment, market access, health outcomes
- Experience in adapting and developing de-novo cost-effectiveness models; oncology experience would be preferred
- Advanced skills with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint and, particularly, MS Excel)
- Able to identify priorities in managing multiple projects and delivering projects within timelines and scope
- Comfortable working in a high-energy small team environment and able to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of latest methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, including delivering a storyboard in a logical and coherent manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean language would be an advantage
- Singapore citizen/ PR preferred
