Skills:
Degree /Diploma with at least 8-10 years' experience in the IT industry and more than 5 years of experience delivering complex IT solutions Experience with technical development such as Java, DevOps, AWS, Cloud, SaaS, etc. OR Mobile app development (iOS/ React Native and React) is preferred
Project life cycle (Waterfall and Agile)
Software Post Implementation Support experience
Good Presentation and Communication skills verbal, and written (must)
Good documentation skills
Team player with Customer facing skills at all levels Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
Other tools like Jira, Atlassian, Confluence
Fast learner, Meticulous, eye for the details, and organized Knowledge of Change Management process is an advantage Knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent architectural frameworks is an advantage
